Quotation Information
Yes. One custom mold set can be considered, without an ongoing finished-parts order.
Yes, if they provide enough information to assess the part. We will discuss missing details before preparing a formal quotation.
A physical sample can be a quotation basis. Start an inquiry and arrange sample delivery after contact; a photograph alone is not receipt of the sample.
You can still make an initial inquiry. Clear product drawings or an assessable physical sample will be needed before a formal quotation.
Yes. Start with clear 2D or 3D product drawings, or choose the physical-sample or no-drawings path. We review uploaded files after submission.
No. Both are optional, and you can state that they are not yet determined. They help frame follow-up rather than prove your identity.
A useful inquiry identifies the person, company and component involved, together with the available drawings or sample. Clear 2D or 3D product drawings, or an assessable physical sample, are needed before a formal quotation.
You can leave optional budget or purchasing-time information blank. If the available material is only photographs or a concept, describe it accurately so that the next information request is relevant.
Read the Preparation GuideDesign and Manufacturing
After payment under the agreed project arrangements. You confirm that mold design before manufacturing begins.
No. The current service is mold development and delivery, with trial samples for validation.
Payment arrangements are discussed for the specific project. The website does not take online payments or set a fixed payment percentage.
The product drawing is the starting information supplied by the customer. The mold design is a separate output prepared after payment and sent for confirmation. Manufacturing does not begin before that design confirmation.
Keep confirmed versions and later changes clear. The effect of a change on the mold, price or schedule needs to be discussed for the project.
Trial Samples and Delivery
No. Trial samples are sent to you first for testing. The mold is shipped after you confirm that the samples are acceptable.
After manufacturing, the mold is trialed and samples are sent for customer testing. The mold is shipped after the customer confirms that the samples are acceptable.
The indicative period is approximately 30–40 days from payment. A project schedule must clarify the relevant stages and the effects of confirmation, changes, sample transport, testing and final logistics.
Your Inquiry and Contact Choices
No. A successful form submission is saved independently of WhatsApp. We can follow up through the contact channel you request.
Tell us through the contact details in the Privacy Policy or during your project conversation. We handle the request for the relevant channel and inquiry.
A successfully submitted form creates an inquiry reference and a record for follow-up. Continuing to WhatsApp is optional. If you do not send a message, your inquiry is still retained and can be handled through your requested contact channel.
Project contact is separate from marketing. Your form choices explain whether we may message you on WhatsApp about the inquiry; leaving a number is not treated as permission for every kind of communication.
