What to prepare
Please describe the component for which you need a mold, its intended use, the number of mold sets and whether you have clear 2D or 3D part drawings or a physical sample. One mold set is accepted for consideration.
If you have clear product drawings, upload them first, then add your project and contact details. You can also start with a physical sample or, if drawings are not ready, a description and optional reference photos. A formal quotation needs assessable drawings or a physical sample. We will arrange physical sample shipment with you after contact.
How a project normally proceeds
- We discuss your information and prepare a quotation based on assessable drawings or a sample.
- Payment and project arrangements are agreed directly.
- After payment, a 3D mold design is prepared for your confirmation.
- Mold manufacturing begins after your design confirmation.
- The completed mold is trialed and trial samples are sent to you for testing.
- After you confirm that the samples are acceptable, the mold is shipped.
The indicative period is approximately 30–40 days from payment. The specific schedule, changes, confirmation time, sample delivery, customer testing and mold logistics must be clarified for the project. This is not a guaranteed worldwide arrival date. Trial samples are for mold validation; we do not currently offer ongoing die casting mass production.
Handling your information
Project information is used for inquiry assessment, necessary manufacturing coordination and the agreed project. Access and disclosures should be limited to what the particular task requires. We do not automatically publish your drawings or use them as advertising material.
Materials should only be shared if you are entitled to provide them. If special handling is needed, discuss it before sending confidential files or samples. No method of communication provides an absolute security guarantee.
Submitting an inquiry does not transfer ownership of your product design. Ownership and use of the mold, changes, payment, transport and remedies must be addressed in the project arrangements.
