What needs a mold and what you have
Quotation scope, drawings or a sample
EXACTMEC coordinates the discussion, mold design confirmation and manufacturing communication. Start with a short inquiry so we know who to contact, which product the mold will make, and what drawings or sample you have available.

The inquiry form records your name, company, country and city, email and project information.
The inquiry form records your name, company, country and city, email and project information. Tell us what the mold will produce, how many mold sets you need, whether you have product drawings or a physical sample, and when you plan to purchase.
A budget can help explain your expectations, but it is optional. You can say that it is not yet decided. A company website or other useful context can also help us understand the project. The aim is to start an informed conversation, not to make you complete every technical detail at once.
02
You can continue on WhatsApp after submitting the form, or wait for us to follow up through the contact details you provided for your inquiry.
You can continue on WhatsApp after submitting the form, or wait for us to follow up through the contact details you provided for your inquiry. Your inquiry remains recorded even if you do not start a WhatsApp chat.
We use the initial information to understand whether the request fits our mold supply service and what needs clarification. If you have given permission for WhatsApp contact, we can discuss the project there. You can also continue by email when that is more suitable for your team.

Quotation requires clear 2D or 3D product drawings, or a physical sample.
Quotation requires clear 2D or 3D product drawings, or a physical sample. Upload available product drawings in the inquiry form, or choose the sample route and discuss delivery with us.
Explain the product's intended use and any requirements that are important to the mold project. If the mold will run on equipment at your facility, mention that context during the discussion. One mold set can be considered, and our current service does not include volume die casting production.
Clear 2D or 3D product information, with the current revision.
An assessable product sample. Discuss arrangements before sending it.
04
Discuss the quotation, payment arrangements and project details directly with us.
Discuss the quotation, payment arrangements and project details directly with us. Matters such as sample quantities, shipping and changes need to be clear for your order; the website does not set a single payment plan for every customer.
After payment, we prepare the 3D mold design for your confirmation. Manufacturing begins after you approve it. Keep your team's feedback together, identify the version being discussed, and tell us if your product requirements change.
05
We trial the finished mold and send samples to you.
We trial the finished mold and send samples to you. Your team tests them and tells us whether they meet the agreed requirements. When you confirm the samples are acceptable, we arrange shipment of the completed mold.
The approximate timing of 30–40 days starts from customer payment. Confirm the milestones that apply to your project rather than treating that estimate as a guaranteed arrival date. Your internal design approval and sample testing plans are useful parts of the scheduling conversation.
