The website provides information about custom aluminum die casting molds and allows prospective customers to request a project discussion or quotation. It is intended for people acting for business or professional purposes. The customer's company field identifies the prospective buyer; it is separate from the identity of this website's operator.
2. Inquiries and quotations
Submitting a form creates an inquiry for review. It does not automatically create a mold order, establish a final price or verify a buyer's identity.
A formal mold quotation requires clear 2D or 3D part drawings, or a physical sample sufficient for assessment. Photos, general dimensions or a concept can support an initial discussion but are not automatically sufficient for quotation. Please only provide information and materials that you are entitled to share.
One mold set can be considered. Our current offer is for molds; trial samples are for validation and do not mean that we offer ongoing die casting parts production or independent CNC parts services.
We may contact you about the inquiry using the details and communication choices you provide, as described in the Privacy Policy. A successful submission remains recorded even if you do not send a WhatsApp message.
3. Project arrangements
Pricing, payment methods and stages, design changes, trial scope, shipping, cancellation and any applicable remedies are addressed in the written arrangements for the particular project, subject to applicable law. This website does not take online payments.
The actual contracting, payment-receiving and delivery parties must be identified in the quotation or project arrangements. A website brand or inquiry confirmation is not a substitute for that information.
Our general workflow is payment, preparation of a 3D mold design, customer design confirmation, mold manufacture, trial samples, customer testing and approval, and mold shipment. The indicative period is approximately 30–40 days counted from payment. The agreed project schedule must clarify its scope and the effect of confirmations, changes, sample transport, testing and final logistics. This is not a promise that a customer will receive a mold within 40 days in every location.
The Project Information page explains the general process. Specific order terms must be agreed separately; mandatory rights or obligations are not excluded by these website terms.
4. Images, technical information and materials
Application illustrations explain possible uses of molds. They do not establish that every illustrated part has been manufactured or delivered by ExactMec. Real manufacturing and project images must be understood with their stated source and context.
General website information does not replace assessment of a particular design, material, machine interface or requirement. Capability figures, where provided, must be read with their conditions and the confirmed project scope.
Website content may be owned by us or used with permission. Do not reuse content in a way that infringes rights or falsely implies an affiliation. Sending project information for assessment does not by itself transfer ownership of your product design to us or grant us a public marketing license. Mold ownership and use rights belong in the project agreement.
5. Proper use and external services
Do not submit unlawful material, impersonate another person or company, send spam, interfere with the service, or attempt to access other customers' information or the administration system.
External communication links, including WhatsApp, lead to services with their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean we control that platform or automatically receive your messages.
6. Updates and contact
We may update these website terms to reflect actual changes. Website updates do not unilaterally change an already agreed mold order. Nothing here excludes a liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
