MOLD APPLICATIONS
Plan a custom mold for a motor, pump or transmission component using your own product reference.
Request a Mold Quote
End covers, pump housings and gearbox casings are examples to discuss. We accept one mold set and quote from clear 2D or 3D product drawings or a physical sample. Production quantities of cast components are not part of our current service.
YOUR COMPONENT, YOUR REQUIREMENTS
01
Tell us whether the component supports a motor, contains a pump passage or forms part of a transmission enclosure.
Tell us whether the component supports a motor, contains a pump passage or forms part of a transmission enclosure. Explain how it fits with nearby parts and where alignment or clearance matters. These uses raise different questions, even when the components look similar in a product photograph.
For a replacement mold, identify the current issue you want to address. Separate a mold replacement from a product redesign so that the intended drawing version and quotation scope remain clear.

An assessable product sample. Discuss arrangements before sending it.
02
Highlight mounting faces, bearing-related features, shaft openings and any other interfaces your team considers critical.
Highlight mounting faces, bearing-related features, shaft openings and any other interfaces your team considers critical. Indicate which features are defined in the casting and which are intended for later machining. If seals, internal passages or operating conditions affect your requirements, describe them and provide the relevant product documents.
This information helps frame the review; it does not establish a general promise of sealing performance, pressure capability or dimensional results. Requirements and acceptance checks must be agreed for the specific project.
03
Let us know where the finished mold will be used.
Let us know where the finished mold will be used. If the receiving manufacturer has machine interface, handling or mold connection requirements, include them in the discussion. Do not assume the same mold arrangement suits every facility. Your expected production volume is useful context for planning, even though you are ordering a mold rather than a batch of castings.
For sample-based inquiries, identify wear, repairs or modifications in the reference part. We may need clarification before preparing a quotation.
DISCUSSION CHECKLIST · NOT A TEST REPORT
04
After payment, we design the mold in 3D and send the design for your confirmation.
After payment, we design the mold in 3D and send the design for your confirmation. Manufacturing follows approval. We then trial the mold and send samples for your testing. Tell us which assembly checks, measurements or other agreed checks your team will perform. Once you confirm the samples are acceptable, the finished mold is dispatched.
The indicative schedule is about 30–40 days from payment. Confirm which milestones it covers and agree sample and mold transport arrangements during project discussion.
BEFORE YOUR INQUIRY
A pump housing project can be reviewed. Provide clear product drawings or a physical sample and explain any relevant sealing, passage or operating requirements.
No standalone component machining or casting production orders are offered here. Identify planned downstream machining so that the mold scope can be discussed.
No blanket performance guarantee is made. Product requirements and the applicable sample acceptance checks need project-specific agreement.
YOUR NEXT MOLD PROJECT
Tell us what you want to make, what information you have, and when you plan to purchase. We will review your inquiry and follow up by email or your permitted contact channel.
