COMPONENT APPLICATIONS
Explore nine different aluminum component types across electronics and telecommunications. Each example is illustrative; your mold is quoted against your own part reference.
Parts around board fit, access and mounting.
Board cavity and connector opening.
Display opening and mounting bosses.
Compact body with a sensor opening.
Distinct forms for communication modules and network equipment.
Multiple connector positions and board supports.
Port openings and side mounting ears.
Elongated cover and attachment flange.
Specific surfaces and interfaces to mark on your drawings.
Cooling fins and an underside cavity.
Connector cutouts and a mating rim.
Open frame with attachment points.
Generated application illustrations, not delivered customer cases. We quote the mold for your actual drawing or assessable sample; we do not supply electronic devices or ongoing die casting production.
DESIGN INPUTS
Show the features that affect fit and assembly. We use your actual part drawings to assess the mold, rather than inferring requirements from an image.
Show the board envelope, standoffs and clearance requirements.
Identify each port location and its intended mating component.
Mark how the enclosure attaches to the surrounding assembly.
Show lid interfaces, fasteners and any later machining.
Identify fins, visible faces and expected surface treatment.
Electrical shielding, ingress protection and certification require separate project-specific evidence. An aluminum enclosure alone does not establish those performance levels.
PREPARE YOUR INQUIRY
Upload a STEP/STP model or clear dimensioned 2D drawing. Mark board position, connectors, mounting features and the version to quote. An assessable physical sample is another starting point.
Upload Product DrawingsFROM REFERENCE TO HANDOVER
Your approval is part of the process before manufacturing and before final mold shipment.
Upload clear part drawings or describe an assessable physical sample.
Agree the custom mold scope and project terms.
Review the 3D mold design before manufacturing.
Test the trial samples with your own board and connectors.
We ship the finished mold after sample approval.
Typical mold production is about 30–40 days from payment, subject to scope and approval timing. This is not a guaranteed arrival date.

You can start a discussion early. A mold quotation requires clear product drawings or a physical sample; unresolved changes need to be identified.
No. The current offer is a custom aluminum die casting mold. Associated electronics and device assembly are outside this website service.
No. State the intended requirements and supporting documents. This website makes no general shielding, protection or product certification claim.
