NINE COMPONENT EXAMPLES
Nine distinct component examples show where a custom aluminum die casting mold may fit. The images are illustrations, not delivered customer projects. We assess your actual part from drawings or a sample.
Covers and housings around the engine and drivetrain.
An outer cover with a mating edge, fastener positions and visible surfaces.
A deeper housing with bearing openings, ribs and multiple assembly faces.
A shaped gearbox cover with shaft openings and sealing interfaces.
Different drive layouts call for different component references.
A circular end cover with central opening and perimeter attachment features.
A compact housing with ribbing, mounting feet and motor interfaces.
A reducer body with separate cavities, shaft openings and mating edges.
Review each casting as an individual mold project.
An electronics housing with attachment points and cover interface.
End components with mating lips and fastener positions.
A structural mounting concept with bolt positions and open geometry.
Generated component illustrations, not completed customer cases or a catalog of finished parts. Tooling suitability depends on your drawings or assessable sample.
ASSEMBLY CONTEXT
Explain where the part meets the engine, motor, frame or surrounding covers. Identify mounting positions, shaft openings, mating faces and any areas that will be machined later. Include appearance expectations for visible surfaces, especially where lettering, a texture or a coating is planned. These are inputs for a project discussion, rather than automatic promises about the finished part.
Locate fasteners and frame or bracket interfaces.
Identify openings and any later machining.
Show the surfaces that meet adjacent components.
Mark the finish, texture or coating expectations.
Confirm the intended geometry and any changes.
For a sample-led project, tell us whether wear or damage changes the intended shape. Any equipment interface or acceptance requirement must be discussed for the actual project.
TWO WAYS TO START
Both routes lead to the same project review. Drawings give the clearest basis for a formal mold quote.
Upload a STEP/STP 3D part model or clear dimensioned 2D drawings. Mark the revision, mating features, key surfaces and planned machining.
Upload Product DrawingsDescribe the part you can send, its condition and any changes. A worn or damaged sample may not show the original geometry; we will discuss missing details.
Discuss a Physical SamplePhotos alone can begin a preliminary conversation. A formal quotation needs clear part drawings or an assessable physical sample. We supply molds, not ongoing die cast part production.
FROM REFERENCE TO HANDOVER
Customer approval is built into the mold project before manufacturing and before final shipment.
Share drawings or discuss an assessable sample.
Agree the mold scope and project terms.
Confirm the 3D mold design before manufacturing.
Test the mailed trial samples against agreed requirements.
The finished mold ships after sample approval.
Typical mold production is around 30–40 days from payment, subject to scope and approval timing. This is not a guaranteed arrival date.

A physical sample can be used for quotation review. Tell us about wear, damage and requested changes so that the intended geometry can be discussed.
No. These are examples of applications for custom molds. We are not currently accepting die cast part mass production orders.
No. The discussion concerns a custom mold for your component. Vehicle design, system approval and road-use requirements are outside the website service offer.
Yes. We accept a custom project starting from one mold set. We review the part drawing or assessable sample before quoting.
Clear 3D product files such as STEP or STP are useful, along with dimensioned 2D drawings where available. Show the current revision, mating features and planned machining. An assessable physical sample is another starting point.
We cannot assume that from the product names. Share drawings of both parts so the geometry and tooling approach can be assessed for your project.
After payment, we prepare the 3D mold design for your approval before manufacturing. We trial the mold and mail samples for your testing, then ship the finished mold after you approve the samples. Typical mold production is around 30–40 days from payment, subject to the agreed project scope and approvals.
