Drill gearbox housing
Identify the gear cavity, bearing seat and fastening pattern.
POWER TOOL & APPLIANCE TOOLING
Need a mold for a tool gearbox housing, cleaning equipment part or appliance metal support? Start with your component drawing or an assessable sample. We make custom molds from one set; each part is reviewed for fit and casting feasibility.

COMPONENT APPLICATIONS
These nine illustrations show different aluminum parts that may be discussed for custom mold tooling. Your part drawing or sample determines the actual mold scope.
Gear and bearing housings for individual tool assemblies.
Identify the gear cavity, bearing seat and fastening pattern.
Show shaft position, joining faces and planned machining.
Mark the bearing interface and cover attachment points.
Motor supports and drive housings for cleaning equipment.
Define the motor seat and equipment mounting points.
Show the internal space and connection to other parts.
Identify ring geometry, ribs and fastener locations.
Internal drive parts and structural supports for appliance projects.
Show shaft opening, cover joint and visible surfaces.
Mark the bearing seat and motor mounting pattern.
Define mating faces, fixing holes and overall envelope.
Generated application illustrations, not delivered customer cases. The suitability of your component for aluminum die casting is reviewed from its actual drawing or sample.
PART FIRST, PRODUCT SECOND
A tool or appliance photo helps explain use. A mold is planned around the individual aluminum part and its interfaces.
Identify bearing seats, gear clearances, fasteners and mating faces on the part drawing.
Mark surfaces that remain visible and any planned machining, coating, lettering or texture.
We quote a custom mold for the defined part, not an assembled tool, appliance or ongoing casting production.
DRAWING REVIEW
Small interface differences can change the mold scope. Show how the casting meets nearby parts and which surfaces need separate finishing.
See the Drawing GuideBearing seats, bolt patterns, mating faces and moving-part clearances.
Call out bores, threads, coatings or appearance areas in the current documents.
Mark the version to quote and list planned changes separately.
Share relevant heat, vibration or operating requirements for project review.
Whole-product safety, noise, durability and certification depend on separate product-specific validation; a mold illustration does not establish those results.
PREPARE YOUR INQUIRY
Start with a STEP/STP model or clear dimensioned 2D drawing of the current part. An assessable physical sample is another route. Tell us the product use, key mating features, desired appearance and which revision you want quoted.
Upload Product DrawingsNo drawings yet? The form also offers a preliminary discussion route.
FROM DRAWING TO MOLD HANDOVER
We ask for your confirmation before mold manufacturing and again before final mold shipment.
Upload clear 2D/3D part drawings or tell us about an assessable sample.
Agree the individual part revision, mold scope and project terms.
Review our 3D mold design before mold manufacturing starts.
Test the trial samples sent to you against agreed requirements.
We send the finished mold after you approve the samples.
Typical mold production is about 30–40 days from payment, subject to project scope and approval timing. This is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Yes. We can discuss a single custom mold set. Please send a clear 2D or 3D part drawing, or describe an assessable physical sample.
A physical component sample can be reviewed. Explain its finish, condition and any changes needed for your intended product.
A complete product photo helps explain use, but a formal mold quotation needs clear drawings of the individual part or an assessable physical sample.
No. The current offer is a custom aluminum die casting mold. Finished products, electrical assembly and casting mass production are outside the scope.
Tell us which appearance and fit requirements matter. Trial samples are sent for your testing against the requirements agreed for the project.
