DESIGN CONFIRMATION

Approve Your 3D Mold Design Before Manufacturing

After payment, we prepare a 3D mold design for your review. Manufacturing starts only after you confirm the agreed design.

01

Product Reference vs. 3D Mold Design

FOR QUOTATION

Your product reference

2D / 3D part drawings or a physical sample

AFTER PAYMENT

The mold design

3D mold design sent for your approval

For a formal quotation, share clear 2D or 3D product drawings or an assessable physical sample. This describes the part you want to make; a product photo alone may not show enough detail.

The 3D mold design is a separate document prepared after payment. It describes the mold to be made and is sent to you for confirmation before manufacturing.

02

Start With a Clear Product Reference

Tell us which drawing or sample version is current. Flag the product features and requirements your team considers essential, including fit or equipment information where relevant.

If you have a physical sample, discuss shipping arrangements before sending it. Open requirements can be clarified during the project discussion.

  • Current product drawing or assessable sample
  • Known requirements and equipment interfaces, if relevant
  • Questions still open for discussion

03

From Payment to Approved Design

Once the mold scope and payment are agreed, we prepare the 3D mold design and send it to your team. Review it, ask questions and confirm the version you approve.

Mold manufacturing begins after that confirmation. Design approval is a project decision, not an online checkout or automatic CAD sign-off.

What to Check Before You Approve

Have the people responsible for the product and its intended use review the design. Consolidate their feedback so both sides can see which points need an answer.

Check the product version, agreed requirements, important interfaces and any open questions. Ask for clarification before you confirm the design.

05

Confirm the Version, Then Manufacture

Identify the 3D mold design version you approve and resolve any open points before manufacturing. EXACTMEC coordinates the next stage after your confirmation.

If your product or requirements change, contact us. We will discuss the effect on design, quotation and schedule for that project.

Manufacture, Trial, Samples and Handover

The indicative 30–40 day project period starts from payment; timing and milestones are confirmed for each order. Mold manufacturing follows design approval.

After the mold is made, we trial it and mail samples for your testing. The finished mold is shipped after you approve the samples. We do not currently take die-cast parts mass-production orders.
